Dear Friends,
We would like you to join us at a Candle Lighting Memorial, in memory of our dear friend, Garda Johnstone, who passed away on November 9, 2014. Many of Garda's friends in the bichon world wanted to do something to show their respect for Garda, and since it will be a while before we be together at a National Specialty, Dale and I thought a candle lighting memorial would reach out to everyone and give us a chance to celebrate Garda's life .
At 9 PM EST (6 PM Pacific) this Sunday, Dale and I will light 4 candles at our homes - one for our grief, one for our courage, one for our memories, and one for our love....in memory of our dear friend. We will post a tribute to Garda on the BFCC Facebook site on Sunday evening.
We hope you will join us in celebrating the life of our dear friend, and champion of our beloved breed. Please light a candle (or candles - be creative!) to remember Garda and please post your memories, pictures and tributes on the BFCC Facebook site with us.
All invited guests who indicate they will be attending will be admitted to our BFCC website for the event.
